At Deathwish, we stand by our gear, but if your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused items. We strive to make the exchange process as seamless as possible so you can get back to the game without delay.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in its original, unused condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
